Our Team

Chrys Sbily, President and Creative Director

Chrys Sbily is a communications professional with more than 25 years of experience helping large and small organizations and associations build brand, business and membership with compelling creative solutions. She is an award-winning strategist, writer and creative director. She has worked with global brands and high-profile organizations across a number of industries, including professional services, healthcare, technology, hospitality, education, consumer product and nonprofit. Clients have included The Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, The Gates Foundation’s Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization, Marriott, Special Olympics, Hershey Foods, The George Washington University, Adventist Healthcare, and others. In conjunction with programs for corporate clients, Chrys has worked with Dreamworks, Nike, the NFL, the NBA and MLB. She has worked on campaigns featuring professional athletes and celebrities, including Shaquille O’Neal and Gladys Knight.Chrys develops messaging and marketing initiatives, conceptualizing and executing copy and design for marketing collateral, publications, advertising, corporate identity systems and websites – all designed to meet client business and communications objectives. 

She is active in organizations that promote the professional advancement of women, including serving as Board Vice President for the DC Chapter of WISE (Women in Sports and Events). She has served her industry as a DC Ad Club volunteer, and as a judge for the prestigious ADDY awards in Maryland. In 2018, she was named a PRWeek Champion of PR, a national award that celebrates women working in communications who “ensure results, exceed business goals and achieve creative excellence.”

 

Nancy Coffman, Marketing Strategist

Nancy is a marketing, business development and management consultant who links marketing and management activities to drive improvement and achieve measurable results for clients in the growth of their business. She develops strategic marketing plans, outlining goals and growth strategies that include branding and communications efforts, public relations, website development and/or enhancement, search engine optimization, social media, client relations, new business outreach, and strategic business networking.

Holli Rathman, Art Director

Holli is a seasoned art director, with more than two decades of experience designing both print and digital communications. A graduate of the Communications Design program at Kutztown University, she has worked with many high profile clients, including Coca-Cola, Hershey Foods, Hilton, National Geographic and the Discovery Channel. Prior to joining CSA, she worked with a number of design firms and associations, as well as The Discovery Channel. When she is not sitting in front of a Mac, she enjoys spending time with her family, and designing custom window panes, which she sells at craft shows and online.

Vivian Suarez, Art Director/Graphic Designer

As part of the CSA design team, Vivian creates campaigns for a variety of organizations, including associations, nonprofits, and corporate and institutional clients. Her areas of expertise include identity systems, marketing collateral, publications, including magazines and annual reports, and websites. She is a seasoned illustrator, using her skills to create compelling infographics and presentation materials. She has particular interest in corporate branding and enjoys working closely with clients to ensure their brand promise is conveyed in the most compelling way through design. She holds a degree in Graphic Design with specialty in Corporate Branding from the University of Palermo in Argentina. In her spare time, she enjoys relaxing outdoors, especially on the beach.
